Squash
Asparagus
Carrot Chips
Apples
Grapes
Salmon
Grape Tomatos
Feta cheese
Bread
Frozen broccoli
Whole Wheat Pasta
Italian Sausage
Pesto
Hummus
Cottage cheese

 

Meal Plans:
Meatloaf (made with salsa)

Sauteed squash
Roasted asparagus

Whole wheat pasta w/ evoo, feta cheese, italian sausage, & roasted grape tomatoes

Salmon smeared w/ pesto topped w/ grape tomatoes & evoo
Steamed broccoli

Snacks:
Carrot chips & hummus
Apples & peanut butter
Grapes & cottage cheese

 

Sounds pretty fantastic if you ask me. 🙂
