S: Jello sugar free chocolate/vanilla swirl pudding cup
D: 2 cups Brunswick stew. 1 whole grain roll w/ a smear of butter
S: Yoplait Light Red Velvet Cake Yogurt
That is a 29 point menu. I get 32 a day. It’s complete & total love when I have a yummy looking menu like that & still have points to play around with.
