I canceled my WW membership

Ugh. I feel so bad about it.

I love Weight Watchers. It works great for me.

But sadly I just can’t afford it right now.

I plan to rejoin after Jan 1.

Until then, I will up the workouts & continue to track my eating. I will also continue to WI every Monday.

I will maintain until then. And hopefully I will lose weight until then.

I can do this. I will do this.

  1. I just can’t afford it anymore. I bought a notebook to track food & workouts & emotions – so hopefully that’ll help me as well.

  2. I definitely get where you’re coming from. Especially with the holidays coming up. And I’ve been trying to pay off some debt, and that extra I would have would definitely be handy!

  3. I was on WW and now I am doing a lower carb eating lifestyle and losing weight without counting points. I recommend the book, Living Low Carb. It is a reasoned approach to weight loss (which is just biochemistry).
