L: 1 can Progresso Vegetable Noodle soup. Salad w/ deli turkey meat, tortilla strips, bacon bits, & LF Honey Mustard.
A: 20 minute walk during lunch.
S: Apple & 1T PB.
S: 1/2c 2% Cottage Cheese.
A: Total Body Cardio – 45 minutes
D: Probably a frozen dinner & salad.
