The scale was down this morning.
Don’t get too excited. It was only down .6 pound.
But that’s .6 pound no longer on my body!
That makes a total of 1.2 pounds for the year.
I hope I can make it to goal this year.
I’m going to try to workout every day this week.
Or at least during the week.
We’ll see what happens on the weekend.
But 5 workouts would be amazeballs!

I did 30 minutes tonight.
