First off, did I mention that I lost 5.8 pounds this week! Oh yeah! Go self! Granted, I had gained 3.2 pounds the previous week – so part of that was from my “false gain” (aka – heavy dinner Sunday night).

YTD Loss: 7 pounds
My goal for March is to lose another 3.2 pounds.
