So… I don’t have internet at home right now & totally forgot to do this yesterday while I was at work.

This Week: 186.2
Not totally unexpected. Between 2 heavy meals over the weekend & PMS-ing it doesn’t surprise me 1 bit to see a gain. I checked this morning, the scale was down 1.2 pounds from yesterday. It will be a wonderful loss next Monday.
Also, I have heard back from the hospital job. Well, heard back in the sense that I’ve been playing phone tag with the guy in HR. UGH!
Dijon Sauce for Asparagus (I use it as a salad dressing as well!)
I’m pretty sure I can across this recipe on Skinnytaste.com – but I may have dreamed that.
1T Olive Oil
2T Apple Cider Vinegar
2T Dijon Mustard
1/2 packet of Splenda – I added from original recipe
Pepper to taste – I added from original recipe
Whisk everything together & serve over asparagus or salad or whatever you want to serve it over.
