And last night some of the doctors in the area had a meeting that we hosted. There are chips, sandwiches, & brownies in the break room.
I don’t plan on eating them. I had oatmeal for breakfast. A banana for a snack. A sandwich & some veggies for lunch.
There will be brownies later. I don’t need them now.
There will be tons of yummy foods tonight at the Christmas party. And desserts. And drinks.
But I already have a plan.
I packed lots of fruits & veggies to eat today.
I know some of what’s on the menu tonight at the party. I have a plan.
I will eat smart. I don’t need to stuff myself like it’s my last meal.
I will have fun.
And that will be that. 🙂
