Ridding my life of People + Mini goal update

Well, not all people.

Just people who don’t bring me any joy.

And not even all of those people.

Mainly just people who bring me annoyance. And bad feelings in general.


So, mini goal update.

The one I love has completely ruined 3 out of 4 dinner plans I had for this week! I planned out a menu, but he keeps changing it. Do I have to count that as a fail? I can’t help it he wants to eat with his parents – I’m still eating healthy & staying within my points range. And pre-tracking as much as I possibly can.


Today’s Plan of Attack:

B: LF waffle w/ PB, banana, coffee. -4
S: Greek yogurt. -2
L: Tuna salad sandwich, 2 mandarin oranges, SF pudding. -8
S: Carrots w/ hummus. -2
D: Beef roast w/ ????. -5 for the roast, don’t know the side dishes.



Well, the scale was up.

But I figured just as much.

Last Week: 212.25
This Week: 214.75
Change: +2.50

It happens. And this weekend was totally worth the gain I had today. I don’t go off program very often. This was a weekend with good friends, good memories, and lots of fun.

I wouldn’t have traded this weekend to have a loss on the scale ever.


Can I just say how totally confused I am with my Stats class?

Just 100% lost. I under stand the why. I don’t understand the how. And the formulas. I just, I just don’t get it.
